This Privacy Policy explains how ElityGames (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile game Stack Slice (the “Game”), available on Google Play.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not run our own servers and we do not collect personal information directly. The Game has no account system. Your progress (best score, level, objectives and settings) is stored only on your device.
The Game uses the third-party services listed below. These services may collect and process information as described in their own privacy policies.
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
GOOGLE ADMOB (ADVERTISING)
The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect:
- your device's advertising ID;
- device and app information, such as the device model, operating system version and app version;
- your IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location;
- information about the ads you see and interact with.
This information is used to show ads, to measure ad performance and to prevent fraud. Depending on your choices and your region, ads may be personalized.
Consent: where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy Options button in the Game's Settings, when it is available in your region.

GOOGLE PLAY GAMES SERVICES (LEADERBOARD)
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the Game sends your best score to the online leaderboard. Google processes your Play Games player ID, your display name and your score to show the leaderboard. Your use of Play Games is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
GOOGLE PLAY BILLING (IN-APP PURCHASE)
The Game offers an optional “Remove Ads” in-app purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. We receive only the purchase status and a purchase identifier, which we use to unlock and restore the purchase.
3. CHILDREN
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
4. YOUR CHOICES
- Ad personalization: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Consent: where it is available, use Privacy Options in the Game's Settings to review or change your consent.
- Remove ads: the optional “Remove Ads” purchase turns off banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded videos remain optional and are shown only when you choose to watch one.
- Leaderboard: you can sign out of Google Play Games in the Play Games app.
- Local data: uninstalling the Game deletes all progress stored on your device.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We do not store your data on our own servers. Data collected by Google services is retained and deleted according to Google's policies. For requests about data held by Google, see Google's privacy controls.
6. SECURITY
Communication between the Game and Google services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
